Carpe Diem – The Writer’s Pitch Book

Hurray for HollywoodThis is not a paid political announcement – or any kind of paid announcement, for that matter – but it’s important!!

I was cleaning up the desk and came across the great handouts I received at the St. Augustine FWA meeting with Sharon Y. Cobb.

Sharon is an author, screenwriter, educator, and the owner of Writers Pitch Book. She’s also an outstanding speaker, but I digress.  There is a FALL EDITION and the deadline is August 31, 2012! AND, it’s affordable!! Much cheaper than flying to LA yourself – and far more productive.

All genres of fiction and non-fiction are accepted, as well as screenplays. You submit your pitch. Sharon and her team have researched and recruited the agents, editors and producers most likely to respond to pitches. The book is professionally assembled and submitted to those agents, editors and Hollywood producers. If an agent, editor or producer is interested in your work, Sharon will contact you. She makes NO commission if you make a deal!

For all the information and guidelines, please visit

But, the clock is ticking – GET STARTED TODAY!!
Remember – writers write, but you only get published by submitting!
