Happy New Year

Happy New Year to all! I know for those who follow the Mayan, Chinese or Jewish calendar, this doesn’t apply, but it is such a powerful “starting point” every year when the calendar year changes, isn’t it?

Like a blank canvas. Tear that old calendar off the wall and replace it with a brand new one. Virginal, without appointments or commitments penciled in yet. Dreams are still limitless and we WILL accomplish them. In a matter of hours, the clock will strike midnight and VOILA!  Instant Fresh Start.

So why not jot down what your writing dreams are for 2013? What books will you make time to read this year? (www.goodreads.com.) What adventures will you pursue?  What people will you reach out to?

What would our lives – or the lives of our characters – be like if we/they live every day as though it’s a brand new beginning? (Which I do belive it is intended to be!)

The possibilities are endless….

Keep reading and writing!
