Linda Stoler and Gretchen Espinetti have written a dynamic and fun book, titled, TRANSFORMING YOUR AGING BRAIN! And, both of these women, practice what they wrote about! Linda’s blog, Dancing Defies Dementia is an eclectic collection of suggestions and observations for us aging baby boomers. Dancing Defies Dementia

I have always been a fan of yoga, taking classes in studios in Vermont, on beaches in Mexico and outdoors at the Beach and Tennis Club in St. Augustine. Presently I am attending a class at the “YMCA” on Pope Road, in St. Augustine, FL.  My Instructor is Ann Kiyonaga-Razon.  Ann lived in an Ashram for 12 years and brings to yoga a beautiful blend of mind, body and spirit as they are woven together and interconnected. Our time for meditation during each session is a lovely way of allowing the body to integrate all that Ann allows us to work through with the yoga postures. Yoga is offered three times each week and I find myself not wanting to miss a session.
